A collaboration between rock singer-songwriter Lou Reed and Metallica. The conception of the project began in 2009 when both Metallica and Lou Reed performed at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's 25th Anniversary Concert. Released by (Lou Reed's) Sister Ray Enterprises Inc./We're Only in It for the Music, under exclusive license to Warner Bros. Records Inc. in the U.S. and Canada. Recorded April 2011 - June 2011 at HQ in San Rafael, CA. Mixed at Sunset Sound in Los Angeles, CA. Mastered at Masterdisk NYC.

The first single from the Metallica/Lou Reed collaboration album 'Lulu'. An official video clip was made for a shortened version of the song (03:45). The clip was made by Darren Aronofsky ("Black Swan") and was officially released on December 2nd of the year 2011.
